1. Which areas do you serve?

2. How do I get a quote?
Quotes are free, usually from photos. Send me a few photos and a short description by text or through the form. Every job is different, so I quote after seeing the job. If I need to see it in person, I'll stop by.

3. What kinds of jobs do you do?
The everyday stuff that keeps a house working and looking good: drywall and paint touch-ups, TV mounting, furniture assembly, light fixture swaps, sink and under-sink repairs, laminate and hybrid flooring, closet hardware, doors and cabinets, garage door repairs, fence and deck repairs, security camera installs, and a long list of one-off repairs and installs. 4. Do you do big renovations?
No. I don't do framing, build new walls, or take on major renovations. I do repairs, installs, assembly and finishing work. If you're not sure your job fits, send a photo.

5. Do you do plumbing or electrical work?
I do handyman-level jobs: swapping a light fixture where the wiring is already in place, and fixing leaks, faucets and traps under a sink. New wiring, new circuits, gas work and plumbing inside the walls are jobs for a licensed electrician or plumber, and I'll tell you if yours is one.

6. Can you do a few small jobs in one visit?
Yes, that's most of what I do. Make a list, with photos if you can, and I'll fit in as much as I can in one visit.

7. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. I have a Coquitlam business licence and an extended Tri-Cities licence. I'm also insured.

8. When are you available?
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Call or text to book a time.

9. What should I send with my photos?
A wide shot of the area, a close-up of the problem, and a few lines about what's wrong. For a list of jobs, send a photo for each.

10. Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. I leave the area clean.

11. What if my job isn't on your list?
Send a photo and ask. If it's a repair or an install, there's a good chance I can help. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you.
