Port Coquitlam has plenty of established family homes as well as newer townhouse and condo developments. In established homes, I'm usually looking at worn caulk and grout, doors that stick, garage doors, fences and gates, and paint that needs a refresh. In newer homes, it's more often small settling issues: nail pops, hairline cracks and doors that need adjusting, plus mounting, assembly and camera jobs. Send photos and I'll tell you what I see.
